The orientation test in Baden-Württemberg includes the study options, which lead to a first degree of the

The test is carried out anonymously. Only you are able to view the evaluation of your answers. Once you have completed the test, you will receive a certificate of participation . The test results, such as profile of interests, course recommendations are not documented here.
You need to submit your certificate of participation in an orientation process when applying for a course of study in Baden-Württemberg. All universities in Baden-Württemberg recognise the orientation test.
There are also other options in the orientation process. Check the processes that you can choose from with the respective university or on their website. The aptitude tests are voluntary, but are strongly recommended as you obtain further information about choosing the right field of study.
The arrangement applies to all undergraduate courses in universities, universities of applied sciences and teacher training colleges.

You wish to study in Baden-Württemberg.
Procedure
To do the online test, you have to start it on the "What shall I study?" portal (was-studiere-ich.de).
You receive recommendations for suitable professions and associated fields of study after the interest test. The aptitude tests give you further information about your strengths and weaknesses in relation to the appropriate courses of study.
You can print out the certificate of participation once you have carried out the test of interest.
When you first start the test, you will receive a transaction umber (TAN) that you should note down. You can interrupt the test at any time and continue it at another time by entering the TAN. You can repeat the test several times.
Costs
Participation, evaluation and confirmation of the test are free of charge.
Processing time
The interest test takes approx. 15 minutes. The aptitude tests take approx. 90 minutes.
