Adoption of a German child - notarisation ex officio
Once the adoption procedure before the family court has been completed, it is automatically notarised in the register of births.
If you require new birth certificates or newcertified printouts from the register of births, you can apply for these.
If you have adopted your child abroad, you must apply for notarisation in Germany.
